USA Pulltabs in-pack chance promotional games hold value as a collectible game piece.
Participation is available, free and without purchase of the package from the retailer. Promotional game pieces may be obtained by completing and mailing ‘No Purchase Necessary Entry Form’ to USA Pulltabs P.O. Box 339, River Falls, WI 54022. Entry form can be downloaded here, or by asking the retailer for a promotional card game piece entry form. Limit one card game piece per household per month. Requests must be received prior to the end of the promotion. Purchase of in-pack chance promotion game piece does not increase your chances of winning. Participating retailers and their employees, affiliates, subsidiaries are not eligible for any promotions.
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules.
Each promotional card piece contains the end date of the card promotion associated with that promotion. Promotional card must be redeemed prior to the end of the promotion.
Each promotional card game piece contains the odds of winning each prize associated with that promotion.
All promotional card game pieces are randomly distributed and the sponsor maintains records of random distribution for one (1) year after the termination date of each promotion.
Retailers shall provide the sponsor with a list of all winners of prizes valued at $100.00 or more, and the sponsor shall maintain such records for one (1) year after the termination date of the promotion.
All prizes are randomly awarded if game pieces are not used in the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, printing error, irregularities, as determined by sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion. Prizes claimed prior to termination will be awarded. This promotion is governed by Wis. Stat. 100.16(2).
